Alice Cadfan-Lewis has one vision, which is to make the recruitment process an honest, professional, and loyal one. One that works evenly for both the candidates and employers she represents. She believes it is her role to know as much as humanly possible about the block management sector in order to make sound informed decisions on the direction of people's careers. She achieves this through attending all networking and industry events, talking in-depth to the people that work in the industry, the leaders who mold the way it operates and so much more. She mentors, trains, guides, and listens to her team, ensuring they all operate to their core values. She is passionate about supporting other women in the sector, She is co-founder of Doyenne. Doyenne provides a platform for women to come together and share experiences about their journey. As the leasehold industries' first women's only networking group, they aim to provide a forum that promotes open communication so that every woman can have the confidence to achieve.
