Ms. Sarah Hagenow is the 78th Alice in Dairyland. She travels Badgerland promoting Wisconsin Agriculture. That includes corn, beef, milk, cranberries and of course cheese.  Do you know which type of cheese is the top variety produced in Wisconsin?
