Alice Murray - Caregiving is a Gift

This week I’m speaking with Alice Murray.   Alice is a Pastor of Care and Hospitality at Faith Life Church. She has a heart for connecting with people and to come alongside them in seasons of both need and celebration. She has been married to Erik, her highschool sweetheart, for 25 years and has been blessed with two amazing children. In this episode Alice shares her family caregiving journey as she cared for her father and as she cares for her mother now.  She discusses how she has navigated this season of her life and how vital the support of her family and co-workers have been during this time. Alice shares how caregiving has impacted her self-care and how it has taught her to ask for help.  She also offers some great resources and practices she and her family have utilized in caregiving.
