Community pillar Alicia Crank recently joined host The Big O on The Mother’s Justice Show for a conversation exploring the complex risks and rewards for Black people who take on leadership roles in environments not originally designed for them.As "Connector-In-Chief" at Crank'd Up Consulting and the Senior Manager of Corporate and Institutional Philanthropy at the Seattle Opera, Crank examined the rise of Black artists and Black female athletes in predominantly white spaces.
