Alicia Gray Chillicothe City Schools

Alicia Gray is the Chillicothe Education Association Director for CCSD. She talks about the contract approved for the next three years and life in the classroom as a Spanish Teacher. Gray also noted due to retirements the last few years, the CCSD needs to begin recruiting minority faculty members to meet the needs of relating with the student diverse population.
