Alien Encounter: The Voronezh UFO Incident | Case File 257

Dalnegorsk, a small town on the far eastern side of what was, in 1986, the former Soviet Union. Witnesses reported seeing a glowing spherical object streaking through the early evening sky and impacting a nearby hillside. Within a few days, local scientists were combing the forested area for evidence of the object that had fallen from the sky. In later years even more UFO reports would filter in to the west from the USSR as the Iron Curtain began to fall. One of the most interesting encounters was a report printed in a local newspaper from a city south of Moscow.
