Alien Enemies Act, Pt. 1 | March 18, 2025 | Hour 1

During his campaign, President Trump consistently emphasized his commitment to strengthening border security and addressing illegal immigration, particularly focusing on the removal of individuals involved in criminal activities. This week, President Trump took a significant step toward fulfilling that promise by enacting the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. This legislation introduces stricter measures for securing the southern border and outlines an expedited process for identifying, detaining, and deporting violent undocumented immigrants. The administration has stated that the act is designed to enhance public safety while reinforcing national immigration laws. The move has sparked considerable debate, drawing both praise from supporters who see it as a necessary step in safeguarding communities and criticism from opponents concerned about its broader implications. With Dan Bongino now joining the Trump administration, we have a unique opportunity to expand this program and potentially step into some of the radio slots he’s leaving behind.
