Alien Movies Ranked! (w/Alien: Romulus)

Hello, my fellow Alien fans. Alien: Romulus has now hit theaters! This is easily one of the most hotly anticipated films of the year because of its franchise throwbacks and its very talented horror director, Fede Álvarez. The reactions to this movie have been interesting, particularly surrounding a few very surprising decisions made in the back half of this story and regarding the Alien franchise connections. Well, it’s now time to compare Romulus to the perilous 6 entries of this franchise. Today, I’m going to be ranking all 7 of the standalone Alien movies (not including AVP) from the worst to the best. This ranking will include SPOILERS from every movie in this franchise, with the exception of Alien: Romulus as it just released in theaters.
