I was suddenly left alone in the city without any means of support or family. I had to move into a shelter and put school on hold. I started this brand in a shelter in 2016 because I write poetry about my life and what I been through and also about society, so I wanted to find a way to bring awareness in a unique way that people will relate to. Through all the hard obstacles I suffered I created my first logo; an iconic image that represents a strong empowered black woman who has found peace in a world full of hate by keeping faith. After a couple years I created my second logo which stands for empowerment and justice.
