Alignment Over Algorithm: Building a Soul-Led Business with Katie Maclachlan

What if the key to business success isn’t following the latest formula — but following your energy? Katie Maclachlan, embodiment architect and astrologer behind Be Good Guide, joins the show to share how she helps entrepreneurs design businesses aligned with who they truly are — not just what the algorithm says. In this episode, Katie Maclachlan dives into how she left corporate America (after being laid off from Twitter) to create Be Good Guide, a consulting practice blending astrology, human design, and business strategy. She explains what it means to be an “embodied entrepreneur,” how she uses astrology as a “cheat sheet” for understanding clients, and why alignment over algorithm is the future of sustainable business. From birth charts to business models, Katie offers a new lens on building companies that feel as good as they perform.
