Alison Cork - My Body My Choice!

In this episode I chat to presenter and interiors specialist Alison Cork. Post-menopausal and in her late 50's, Alison decided to transform her body, losing 4 stone and getting to a place where she felt confident and raring to go.However, she found that once she had lost weight she was met with a surprising reaction from the public and encountered trolling and negativity.During the episode we explore why Alison decided to make the changes that she did and how it made her feel when other people judged her.
