Alison Cowzer Entrepreneur East Coast Bakehouse

She is a force to be reckoned with, she launched her own career, in marketing, straight from school, taking the hard route and studying marketing by night. By her late 20's she had done everything from selling print to home heating oil.  Not one to shy away from a risk she re-mortgaged her home to study getting an MBA which led to a senior marketing role with L'oreal, before moving into the food industry. She is co- founder of  the East Coast Bakehouse based in Drogheda, which she set up with husband Michael Carey.
