All About Our Language

Have you ever watched two hair colorists trying to communicate with each other ? Pretty funny right ? I believe that's because we do not have a common language in hair color and as a result of that terminologies and definitions keep getting re-named or re-branded as new generations of hair colorists enter the profession. Many times this leads to confusion ! Especially when the words we use to describe are not relevant to what is actually occurring during the chemical process In this episode , we discuss some of the words we use and how in-accurate they are.
