In this 25 minute episode I look at the Royal Air Force's Air Publication 1 - Ethos, Core Values and Standards' and what it means to work somewhere where excellence is the minimum standard. I talk about the 4 Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence and what they mean to us in our day to day lives outside of the Service.
