Vop Osili has served on the Indianapolis City-County Council for 15 years, including eight as the council president. What most people don't know about him is he's an architect who has designed buildings around the world, including here in Indianapolis. And he spent his early childhood alternating between Haughville on the near west side and his father's native Nigeria.
