VDOT is reporting an incident this morning on Williamson Road in the Hollins area of Roanoke County that has closed multiple lanes. Authorities said at this time all south and north lanes are closed. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office says two people have been taken into custody on child abuse and neglect charges connected to a case involving an injured two-year-old.
