All Problems Have Been Solved Before

When stuck or facing an unknown in your business, start by getting it all out of your head. (Go ahead...) See, it doesn't take long once it's actually on paper.    Here's what Stephen Krausse, the FLOW operations expert,  says about breaking down the big scary issues into smaller bite-sized chunks so you can just get working.    "I always say, there's no problem in business that hasn't been solved. So, I would absolutely engage Google to look or any search engine to search the internet for ways that other small business owners have solved that particular issue, and write them down...Then we need to start talking to peers"  Remember, owning a business means relying on others along the way. Look to those who have succeeded and talk with others who are walking your path.    Break down the big block into small ways you can succeed and actions you can take and let other's guide you along the way.
