Recipes below.Big Missile2 oz White Rum1/2 oz Peach Liqueur1 oz Lime Juice3/4 oz Strawberry Syrup2 dashes Cherry BittersCombine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds, until well-chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.Fryer Tom1 1/2 oz Old Tom Gin1/2 oz Benedictine1 oz Lime Juice1/2 oz of Simple SyrupCombine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a stemmed cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
