All That Glitters ...

"Every decent con man knows that the simplest truth is more powerful than even the most elaborate lie." ― Ally Carter. And that's where it starts. It's easier to get conned than you think because kernels of truth envelop the con. Don't believe it? Look at the millions of people around the globe, some of which are told in three recent Netflix and Hulu streaming events. In this episode of Life, Lemons & LemonDrops, Greer and Whitnie discuss the experiences of some con artists and their victims highlighted in "The Tinder Swindler," "Inventing Anna," and "The Dropout." They also share their own experiences of getting swept into cons and some things you can do to avoid being a victim. #conartists #thetinderswindler #tinderswindler #inventinganna #thedropout #duediligence
