"All the Tears Are Real" ~A Conversation with the Co-Director of Jesus Revolution!

from SPIRIT 105.3 Moments · host Purposely

"God has a long history of working through flawed people." ~One of my favorite quotes from the Jesus Revolution movieWow. I stayed up late because I COULD NOT STOP watching this movie on my laptop... like past 11 PM and my alarm goes off at 3:45 AM! And I will be seeing it again in the theater this weekend! This movie is about how the Lord wakes up the human heart and how messy and beautiful that really is. It's about how faith, hope, and love remain... and how the greatest of these is love, just as the bible says. This is a movie about hippies getting high and finding the REAL HIGH - the REAL THING - an authentic relationship with the Son of God. I had the privilege of sitting down with Brent McCorkle, the co-director of Jesus Revolution and I want to share our conversation with you. If you are as inspired as I was hearing his takes on the movie, please share this chat with a friend. And I so recommend the movie to you. Highly! You'll feel like I felt when I watched the people wade into the Pacific to be baptized... renewed in spirit. You are Loved, Erica
