On this episode a wanted to highlight a good friend of mine who got me into this podcast game and really helped inspire the idea and bring it to light. Vanessa and I did our first podcast together two years ago, the idea was to start a podcast it talk about the crazy market and the mom work balance. We wanted to crate a safe space where we could uplift each other while also holding each other accountable. Both  working mothers in the real estate industry & working with teams we understood the assignment early on that Having Great relationships with other realtors in the industry is essential for our business. Vanessa is part of a leading real estate  team , The Serene Team in The greater Los Angeles Area. We talked about the importance of team structure, team culture, team building.
