This interview has been a long time coming. Allen was the first ever guest on the Working Perspectives Podcast back in the early days of the show. For technical reasons we were not able to air that episode and had to scrap. Thankfully the Working Perspectives Podcast team was able to get Allen Bach back on the show for the last recording of 2021 and there was no better way to end 2021 than with old Al the Pal. Matt starts off the show by sharing a harrowing story about the time Allen took a beating that should of been Matts. The guys then move on to discuss growing up and some of the shenanigans that occurred as youngsters. The gang will talk jobs as kids and sports and growing up. Allen shares a story about why he wanted to become an electrician and what zapped that idea into him. The guys swap stories and fond memories of days past as they talk about their lives now.
