Allen Commits to Wisconsin Badgers

Royalton Allen, a standout defensive back from Oak Hills High School, has officially committed to Wisconsin for the 2027 class—jumping ahead of his original July 15 deadline. His decision comes after decommitting from UCLA following a coaching change, and adds depth to Wisconsin’s growing defensive back corps. Allen, who racked up 34 tackles and contributed on offense last season, joins linebackers Jai and Nathan Jones from Arizona, both who committed over the weekend. With Allen being the 16th commit and third DB, Wisconsin continues building momentum, and four-star CB Mekhi Williams, who visited last weekend, is expected to announce his decision soon.
