Allergies and the air you breathe

from Today’s Gut Health Tip · host Melissa Hall Klepacki, M.Ac.

We talked about air filters and how it is important to change those frequently if you have environmental allergies. It's also a great idea to buy a room air filter, one with HEPA technology, that will trap pollen and dust particles, that will make the air you breathe cleaner. Also a great idea to see out a Himalayan salt room or cave, also known as halotherapy when you are congested.  THere are products on the market that can mimic this effect that you can either use by mouth breathing through it or inhaling through your nose. I love this pocked neti for when I am feeling head congestion: http://bit.ly/GuudPNETI I also am a fan of this Mockins Salt Inhaler when a cough has settled in: http://bit.ly/SaltInhalerGuud Lastly, would you consider leaving me a review on amazon for this Alexa skill? http://bit.ly/GuudBriefing  It helps other people find us!  THANKS!
