The Allianz Risk Barometer for 2024 has identified critical infrastructure blackouts which include power disruptions and aging infrastructure tops South Africa business risk for this year.  The Barometer is an annual report, which ranks business risk and threats to business globally. Critical infrastructure blackouts have emerged as the number one risk for businesses in South Africa for the second consecutive year highlighting the severe impact of power outages and the failure of essential infrastructure such as ports, railways, roads and more on the economy and businesses. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to Business Development Manager at Allianz Commercial South Africa, Senzile Ndlozi.
