Allie Zealand on running 4:30 in the mile, committing to Liberty University, her faith and more

Today on the podcast I’m joined by Allie Zealand! She’s been on a tear this post season as she ran 4:30 in the mile at Hoka Festival of miles to become the 2nd fastest high school miler outdoors ever and then she ran 9:41 in the 2 mile at Brooks PR in order to become 2nd on that all time list. She’s headed to Liberty University in the fall where she will continue her academic and running career.
