Allies journey to a Haven within.

What's up you beautiful people- Happy Scoliosis & Pride Month !In today's episode I sit down with Allie from Havenwell Pilates and she opens up and shares her journey from diagnosis, to fusion and the path she took to find a home within herself after spinal fusion.  Allie and I talk about the lack of support around diagnosis and how the community we have both found online through Instagram and other platforms  has helped both of us break out the isolation that this diagnosis can bring. We talk about how for most of us we don’t really understand the gravity of our diagnosis till years later and how we get to understanding what happened. You can expect a lot of laughs, and good conversation.  We talk about what its like to be pioneering what after fusion looks like due to the lack of support after surgery  and how sharing our own journeys has helped us heal by being able to meet other women with fusions from all over!
