Allison Ellsworth, entrepreneur and co-founder of better for you soda brand, Poppi, had a pop-up store in LA...and it was wild! Paris Hilton on the DJ, many star-studded appearances, and of course, some Poppi-inspired cocktails. The product launched in March of 2020 and received a deal of $400,000 for a 25% stake from investor, Rohan Oza, on Shark Tank.
