Allison Howe works exclusively with couples in building secure relationships. She has been in private practice for thirteen years in Saratoga Springs, NY.  She has worked online with couples since 2020. Most recently, Allison became one of the PACT Institute’s certified clinicians and instructors. The PACT Institute was founded by Dr. Stan Tatkin and his wife, Tracey Tatkin. PACT stands for the “Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy.” Aditi and Allison chat about the signs of relationship readiness, where it begins, and what it might feel like when someone is ready for a romantic relationship.
