Allow God Serve You!
from A Weekend to Learn Christ Hosted by Isah Blessing Onimisi
When Peter refused to let Jesus wash his feet, it looked like humility — but it was actually pride in disguise. He couldn’t see that the Lord of Glory desired to serve him, not because he was worthy, but because He was loved. In this episode of A Weekend to Learn Christ, I shared a profound truth: before you can truly serve God or others, you must first allow God to minister to you. Before you can be a blessing, you must let God bless you. Let this teaching remind you that God’s service to you is not a reward for good behavior — it’s an overflow of His Mercies. When you stop resisting His grace, you’ll start reflecting His glory.
