"Allyship Is Not A Title, It's Alignment!"

Episode 167 - This is about allyship. I am the first to say I don't know everything about this but I am continuing to learn. I am grateful to have been introduce to this by a good friend. Today I want to talk specifically about being and ally for those in your workplace. Allyship isn't a title you give yourself, its something others experience from you. Allyship isn't stepping in for someone, It's aligning with them. This podcast is built on integrity and every episode is available for all ages. Until next time, allyship isn't declared, it's demonstrated, intent doesn't matter as much as impact, so be open to learning, true support starts with alignment not assumption Producer / Host - Mike "Smoltzy" http://www.smoltzyandfriends.com
