Aloha (Musicast 17)

from Breathing Underwater: DIY Music, Movies, Storytelling & Adventure Hosted by breathing underwater

Musicast is an audio podcast hosted by Dan and various collaborators, with discussions about music-oriented topics along with occasional reviews and interviews. Every episode also includes a featured song! In this episode, we hypocritically do what we complained about in our Give Me a Break[up] episode and ambiguously call it "quits" on the podcast, meaning that we are not planning on putting out regular episodes anymore, but we're not completely ruling out the chance of one now and then if the stars align for it to happen. Otherwise, Dan and Dave first catch up on a show that Dave attended and then they review some recent album releases, along with a movie review. Due to scheduling conflicts, Dan then catches up with Chris without Dave on the line and they also talk about some shows and some album reviews. Published: March 11, 2013

Shut Up I Love It Sasha Feiler and Joe Cabello Many years ago, Sasha Feiler and Joe Cabello met in line for an improv show. They were young, dumb, and full of it. What followed were comedy shows so explicit, “genitalia” was practically a term of endearment.Fast forward 5 dogs, 6 cats, and way too many weird inside jokes later, Sasha and Joe are no longer young or dumb—but they’re still brimming with you-know-what. Here, they’ve teamed up to bring you a podcast where they interview a guest who passionately defends something universally hated, misunderstood, forgotten, overlooked, Mandela-effected, canceled—you name it. The key? They LOVE it. From toupees... to B-movies... to aliens, psychedelics, and the occasional surprise character, Sasha and Joe are here to spread love to the world that birthed them (but maybe should’ve used protection). So come and get that love because no one else will give it to you like we do.Also, don’t forget to check out the Patreon Bonus version of the show:https://www.patreon.com/c/ShutUpILoveItP Explicit Blood, Sweat & Fears bloodsweatandfears2023 Join comedians Dean T.
