ALONE Seeking Clare Volunteers

As Ireland's population continues to age, more older people are experiencing loneliness, isolation and other challenges that can have a real impact on their health and wellbeing.     ALONE is a national organisation providing support to older people while also looking for volunteers to help make a difference in communities across the country, including here in Clare.     To tell us more about the services available and the growing need for volunteers, Alan Morrissey was joined by Dr Aileen O'Reilly, Head of Impact and Public Affairs with ALONE.
