Men, you have to stop confusing being a really good IT person; a really good businessman, or a father with being Alpha, we call Kap! There is no training, no initiation or class that can make you an Alpha unless you join a frat! So, if you want to be in a mean fraternity that goes around bullying your way to a classification that you don't belong to then do so. Yet, be warned real recognize real and you ain't it.
