Secondly I go in to the importance of being patient and trusting the process. I’m big on staying grounded and investing in yourself. Often we have something good going for a few weeks, maybe months and then give up because we’re not seeing the results we want. The key is to keep going, be consistent and trust that things will work out the way they need to and when they need to.
