Already There the Podcast is where research meets woo and where symptoms are lived experiences to be believed and looked at with curiosity. I'm Katie, and I've been to the darkest parts of my psyche and found the worst thing to be true: the only way out is through. I say worst because there is no shortcut, there is no way away from ourselves. If we want the life we want, if we want to not want to leave our lives, we need to go inside the pain to get what we need. But like I said, I've done it a time or two so while what I offer certainly is no shortcut, it is left-handed path vibes.
