ALT BLK ERA are a rising heavy rock sibling duo from Nottingham, made up of sisters Nyrobi and Chaya. In just a few short years, the band have been making a name for themselves as a young, genre-defying band making music that fans from all backgrounds have found has changed their lives. In the lead up to their debut album ‘Rave Immortal’ that comes out in January, we talked about their genre-blending music, breakout singles, playing Reading and Leeds festival, headlining the BBC Introducing Stage, having Wheatus as fans (!) and how their music is connecting with thousands of fans across the age divide.
