Through Jesus, we no longer have to offer sacrifices to enter into God’s presence. Instead, we are invited and called to create new altars of prayer, praise, consecration and encounter in the different spheres of our lives; to make our lives a “living sacrifice.” Let us partner with God in building: the altar of the heart, the altar of the home, the altar of the church, and the altar of the city.
