I was graciously let into 4 farms over the course of these interviews. Some of these farms are already in the process of legalization, some aren’t. To see the behind the scenes of these operations was enlightening, and I got the sense that I was seeing a time capsule of what will soon be a relic to us, spoken and taught in the history books of the Unites States of America: The ending of the Prohibition Era of Marijuana. As more farms bring their operations above ground, Northern California is in an upheaval to produce as much as possible. Grow more, trim more, sell MORE.
