Die Berliner Hotline Silbernetz hilft einsamen Senior:innen. Aber es braucht erst mal Mut, aus der Einsamkeit zum Telefon zu greifen. Manche wollen einfach nur über ihren Alltag reden. Andere machen sich Sorgen über Erkrankungen und haben Angst vor Vereinsamung im Alter. 2022 waren fast 19 Millionen Menschen in Deutschland 65 Jahre und älter. Nicht alle freuen sich auf die Rente, einige fallen in ein tiefes Loch und leben in der Isolation. Das Silbertelefon will diese Menschen auffangen.
