This week Ben and George have a chat with Mel Stewart who is the Brand Development Manager for the British Drum Company. Formed in 2015, the BDC are quickly becoming the drummers choice for drums and snares. Mel takes us through his role at the BDC, their unique way of making drums, artist involvement, the difference between their Legend and Lounge series kits, and there’s technical talk about bearing edges, ply, wood types and the cold press technique.
