The Enterprise has been penetrated by a very slimy tentacled creature who has captured Archer, Trip, a random ensign, and Angelica Schuyler in its sticky slime. The slime creature will slowly devour them all if they aren’t freed soon, but that’s not even the worst part; their minds are all now psychically linked and Archer’s brain is constantly thinking about nothing but water polo.
