Am I actually making progress?

Sometimes progress is hard to recognize. In this episode of The Monday Check-In, I’m asking myself a question I think a lot of creators—and a lot of people chasing a bigger goal—have asked: Am I actually making progress? It’s easy to look at views, subscribers, likes, and results and feel like you should be further along. But what about all the work nobody sees? The planning, recording, editing, learning, experimenting, failing, adjusting, and simply continuing to show up? I’m talking about the pressure I put on myself, the struggle of working without immediate validation, and learning to measure progress by more than just numbers. Maybe success isn't about how quickly you get there. Maybe it's about continuing to build something worth getting to.
