Am I Doing 3rd Density Right?

As a seeker on the spiritual growth journey we can be very focused on what we need to do to achieve expansion and forward momentum. And it can be very easy for our ego to attach to a fear that somehow we might be doing it “wrong.” I want to chat about this today and hopefully provide some insight that A.) this fear is a part of the journey And B.) we can find ways to accept, heal and integrate this fear too
