January means new beginnings and enthusiasm. What does the new year mean to you?  One of the things that it means to me is a new chance for growth and raising my standards. It also means that I see people getting burned out from trying to lose too much weight or exercising too much. Does that mean that they weren't serious about it? Does it mean that they were lying? I don't think so.  I think most people mean well when they set their resolutions and that they don't know how to pace themselves.
