We welcome special guest Sara of Within Two Worlds (@within.two.worlds) to talk us through the emotional and spiritual preparation for the journey of birth. Sara is an emerging birth and postpartum Doula, as well as a yoga teacher and massage therapist combining all of these specialties in the services she offers. We discuss fear release, hypnobirthing, postpartum care, and closing the bones ceremony.
