Am I using my phone? OR...Is my phone using me?

Send us Fan MailHello Joy Filled Universe!!!!I am super excited for this weeks episode because it has everything to do with a device that we love to keep close to us...... it's our PHONES!!  Our phones are incredible tools but when we stop using them and they start using us.... the level of "incredible" can quickly turn to "draining."    Draining or our time... Draining of our energy...and draining of our creativity and ability to focus!In this week's episode we will explore how easily we slip into the scroll, what it costs us, and how to raise our awareness and reclaim our attention and presence!!   Honestly, when I learned how much time I was spending on my phone... and I projected that forward over the course of a year....
