AM #RPGaDay2020 Day 4 "Vision: Illuminating Rulesets"

from Aqualith AM · host Aqualith Media

This bonus episode of Aqualith AM is covering the fourth day's prompt, "Vision". This one goes longer than previous, and I took a more crunchy approach by reading through the rulings on vision in various darkened areas. Less commentary from me, but I hope that in listening, you might pick up on the differences and use of voice for each. I would love to extrapolate on these concepts further in the future. RPG-a-Day has enabled me to do some experimentation and see what works, while also stretching my ability to solo-podcast, which I have not done for a good fifteen years. I welcome feedback on this style of presentation as well as on the subject and rules when it comes to vision in the comments. Games featured in this episode Cypher System Labyrinth Lord The Hero's Journey: Second Edition Pathfinder 1e Pathfinder 2e #RPGaDay2020 is this year's tag shared across all social media for anyone to participate in a unique and fun exercise sparked by a list of keywords every participant elaborates on through tweeting, blogging, recording audio/video… painting even. There's literally no wrong way to express the daily concept, provided it's tagged appropriately so everyone can find it. The what and why can be found at Autocratik's blog.  Wednesday, August 5th's prompt is "Tribute". Ryan Heck Designer, Consultant, Publisher Aqualith Media

This was the Fortnightly Poetry project for October 16, 2011.Chesterton was a large man, standing 6 feet 4 inches (1.93 m) and weighing around 21 stone (130 kg; 290 lb). His girth gave rise to a famous anecdote. During World War I a lady in London asked why he was not 'out at the Front'; he replied, 'If you go round to the side, you will see that I am.' On another occasion he remarked to his friend George Bernard Shaw: "To look at you, anyone would think a famine had struck England". Shaw retorted, "To look at you, anyone would think you have caused it". P. G. Wodehouse once described a very loud crash as "a sound like Chesterton falling onto a sheet of tin."( Summary from Wikipedia )
