Amanda Fear and Raising the Bar

Today I had the please of speaking with Amanda Bar who is the founder of RTB Capital Group and a partner that I am working with in developing a new style of podcasting called PowerPodcasting. Amanda shares her story of fear and starting a new business. She talked about what it felt like when she first launched her new business and about how seeds of doubt can creep up into your mind and start asking “what if” questions... “what if I’m not good enough” etc. Amanda also reminds us that you don’t need to be perfect and that just getting started can be the best way to overcome doubt.
