Let me start by saying...I LOVE this episode--am I allowed to say that? I’m a loyal follower of the patron saint of pop-culture Amanda Hirsch, more commonly known as @NotSkinnyButNotFat, and I may have actually shrieked with excitement when she agreed to come on the show. We commiserated about anxiety and depression, starting antidepressants, and the rocky road of denial we both experienced. I asked Amanda allllll about Instagram etiquette and got all her do’s and don'ts.
